We all know that the worst thing about travelling is packing. There’s no bigger fear than standing in the airport wondering if you’ve left something important at home. To help reduce your packing anxiety, we are giving you are top five essentials to take with you to a hot country.

1. Sun Cream & Aloe Vera.
These may sound like obvious items, but I can guarantee they are the most important to bring. Sunburn is extremely painful and is not something you want to be dealing with, especially if you’re working whilst you’re travelling. My top tip is to always bring some aloe vera along, so if you do spend too long in the sun you can try to ease the pain.
2. Sun Hat
The only thing worse than sunburn is sunstroke. Bringing along a sun hat not only helps to protect you from the sun but gives you the opportunity show off your stylish side.
3. Swimwear
If the sun is shining on you and there’s a glistening sea to dive into, you’re going to want to take a dip. Always make sure to bring a swimsuit with you so you never miss out on the opportunity of a swim.
4. Comfortable Shoes
If you’re planning on doing some exploring you’re going to need some comfy and breathable shoes to get you through those sweaty hikes. We are avid lovers of Crocs on our travels as the little holes in them keeps your feet feeling fresh.
5. Jumper/Cardigan
Now this may sound a little absurd for a hot country, but when night time rolls around you very well may need something to take away the chill. After a long day in the scorching heat, your body is likely to feel a little bit chilly in the evening so be prepared and bring something to make you comfortable.
